Dr, Sareen and I were honored to congratulate Dr. Casiano after her induction as CPA president at the CPA annual conference on October 21.2023. Her induction speech (which was fluently bilingual) emphasizing the vital role that psychiatrists play in the health care system was truly inspiring!
MPA – Annual General Meeting
The annual general meeting of the Manitoba Psychiatry Association was held on Monday September 11th. Thank you to all who attended. Highlights of the meeting included the presentation of the MPA Psychiatrists of the Year Awards to Dr. Tanya Sala, and the presentation of the MPA Lifetime Membership Award to Dr. Hugh Andrew.
