PACT Logan still looking for a psychiatrist!

The PACT Logan team started in June 2018 and currently cares for approximately 80 participants. The team is centrally located, and has a team of 15 Service Coordinators including social workers, occupational therapists, and psychiatric nurses. I was Medical Director of the team until June 2022 , when I accepted the position of Chief Provincial Psychiatrist. Unfortunately, there have been no applicants this position since I departed, and currently coverage is provided by a rotation consisting of 3 community psychiatrists and myself. This is less than optimal, and the team and the participants are very hopeful that is a “ready, willing and able” applicant will arise.I can tell you from personal experience that the position is challenging and rewarding, and the remuneration is quite competitive. I am quite willing to meet with anyone that has some interest in the position. Below you will find the official posting and the contact information for the position.
